Introduction

Occals technologies Private Limited delivers thousands of grocery items, necessities, and general items you need every day to almost every corner of the capital, faster than you’d ever expect from a local delivery service. Dairy products, fresh fruit & veggies, or preparing meals, you name it and we deliver it.

Occals is founded to uplift the lives of local vendors and provide a whole new horizon to expand their businesses with an online shopping experience. Our app opens up quite a portal for you where you can teleport the stuff your customers want.

Delivery charges

  • Initially we are not charging any amount in the section of morning need, later on as per the requirement of the business expansion we will start charging a nominal amount from the customer on the name of delivery charges. (will be applicable in near future)
  • We have started our operations from new delhi, it is point of discussion in future in which other cities we will be expanding our business.
  • Delivery of the products will be from the nearest store available or having business tie up with occals.
  • In the near future delivery will be charged according to the per kilometer area.

Delivery Periods and Methods

  • The delivery will be done slots wise the customer can order the product till mid night 2am maximum.
  • If Customer placed order before 12 mid night the product will be delivered next day as per the selected slot between 6am- 8am / 8am- 10am / 10am- 12 noon.
  • Example – Rahul ordered at 11 pm on 1st December and selected 8am – 10 am slot (order will be delivered on 2nd December at his door step between 8am-10 am)
  • Customers ordering after 12 mid night- 2 am , for them products will be delivered the very next day as per there selected slots
  • Example – Rahul order at 1am on 2nd December and selected 6am-8am slot (order will be delivered on 3rd December at his door step between 6am-8am)
  • - Payments methods will be Debit Card/ Credit Card / net banking / UPI / UPI Wallets.

Delivery time and Tracking

  • Once the order is placed, the customers will be updated about the order confirmation and at what time it is dispatched and in how much time it will be delivered.
  • Tracking of the products is available on the application for all the customers
